Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women #MMIW Resource Guide

In this guide, you’ll find resources in support of #MMIW.

Currently, there are no accurate records to confirm the number of Indigenous women who have gone missing in the US and Canada, but according to the Coalition to Stop Violence Against Native Women, four out of five Native women are affected by violence today. The cases of missing and murdered Indigenous women number in the thousands.

This guide is intended to bring awareness to the cause of #MMIW; I hope to amplify the voices of the brave women and others working to find, protect, and support Indigenous women and girls.

Click below to navigate through the various pages of resources. First created in 2017, these pages have been irregularly updated; the plan is to move the entire guide to its own website at https://mmiwresources.org/.
